We offer 5 standard stock color choices. In the event that the availability of a color choice changes, you will be notified by phone or email with an expected lead time. Our fulfillment team will book your shipment within 1-3 days once payment is made and we have your phone number. We take the necessary steps to package your order properly prior to the item being shipped. Please allow 2-9 working days transit time once the item has left our facility. Most destinations in the lower 48 states are only 2-5 days transit time, but due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, shipping can take longer than expected sometimes. Our delivery is a curbside, front door, 1st floor delivery service only. White-glove delivery service is available for an extra charge *additional fees apply. Delivery will be performed according to the routine of the shipping and delivery company. May be subject to change.
Tracking information will be provided within 2 business days of when the cargo leaves our facility. Projected delivery times are estimated, are not assured and are susceptible to change. Delivery companies can have sudden setbacks; mechanical difficulties, scarcity on readily available cars and trucks in the terminals, flat tires, weather conditions, etc.
In the regrettable occurrence that the product is delivered damaged, damage MUST be noted on the shipping and delivery slip. Please contact us immediately in this event. If perhaps a shipper does not offer enough time for you to inspect the shipment, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery slip. Please do not refuse complete delivery due to damage on any particular item(s). This can delay replacement of broken items and can have extra fees. If an item is damaged, make note of the damage on the delivery slip and take photos.
Any noted damage will be replaced at no cost to you. Please email pictures of the damage and email/fax a copy of the shipping and delivery slip within 24 hours to our warranty team.
